As a human rights lawyer and public educator, Fay develops and delivers engaging, interactive human rights and pay equity training for unions, workers, community organizations, educators, post-secondary education programs, lawyers, legal clinics and law firms. Her training is creative, energetic and practical. She delivers programs that are designed to meet the specific needs of each client and that build capacity to understand human rights entitlements, human rights obligations and how to design, implement and engage with workplace policies on discrimination and harassment.
Fay also conducts workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination and harassment, including that related to protections under the Human Rights Code and Occupational Health and Safety Act. She prepares investigation reports that can encompass fact-finding, analysis and recommendations.
Fay is also offers mediation and conciliation services in connection with disputes regarding discrimination and/or harassment in the workplace.
