Fay works with coalitions of community organizations, racialized communities, workers’ organizations, labour unions across Ontario and across Canada to build movements for women’s economic justice and to close the systemic gender pay gap.
Migrant Workers Rights
Fay has been working since 1990, with community-based organizations of workers and coalitions, to advance the economic and social rights of transnational migrant workers in Canada. Fay collaborates with civil society organizations internationally to build movements for decent work and decent lives, advocate for the rights of migrant workers and to fight for the rights of women and racialized workers by addressing the structural roots of oppression.
